Anna Sever recently took on the role of president at business services provider Conduent, according to her LinkedIn account.
Sever previously worked at business management consultancy Magellan Federal, joining the company in 2021 as senior vice president of strategy and growth. In April 2022, she took on the position of CEO on an interim basis but was named permanent CEO and president in December that year.
Magellan Federal marked Sever’s departure on LinkedIn, describing her leadership and dedication as inspirational.
Sever’s more than two decades of professional experience covers not only time spent in the private sector but also in state government. For over a decade, she served at the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, where her responsibilities included Medicaid, adult mental health and children’s mental health services.
The new Conduent president earned a master’s in social work from the University of South Carolina and earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Davidson College, where she graduated cum laude.
