Oddball has secured contracts from the Department of Veterans Affairs to improve and protect veteran access to two government websites.
The federal IT modernization service provider said Wednesday it will work on the VA.gov and Login.gov websites.
Under one of the contracts, the service-disabled veteran-owned small business will use veteran feedback and data from satisfaction surveys to enhance the customer experience on the official VA website.
Oddball said it will build on its work with the Veterans Experience Office Contact Center to resolve issues and concerns raised by VA.gov users.
The Washington, D.C.-based company will also support the VA Office of the Chief Technology Officer to execute the agency’s external-facing identity strategy for Login.gov, the federal government’s secure sign-in service.
Under the Login.gov Multi-Factor Authentication contract, Oddball will help ensure that veterans can easily and securely access government services through the VA.gov website and the VA mobile application.
“These contract wins highlight our expertise in delivering robust, user-centered digital solutions and our dedication to serving the Veteran community,” the company said. “We look forward to continuing our work in providing exceptional support and secure access for all veterans.”
