General Dynamics‘ One Source business has secured a $70.7 million contract from the U.S. Navy to provide information technology, information assurance and cybersecurity services for the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter aircraft’s virtual enterprise networks and standalone workstations.
Services will cover program management, enterprise architecture, emerging capabilities implementation, operations and maintenance, service desk support, IT training and application and software licensure, the Department of Defense said Friday.
The majority or 79.9 percent of contract work will be performed in Virginia while the rest will be carried out in California, Florida, Maryland, Texas, Ohio and other U.S. locations until January 2026.
Fiscal 2023 and 2024 U.S. Air Force funds and fiscal 2024 Navy and Marine Corps funds will be initially obligated upon award.
