Air Force Awards Leidos $51M Contract to Provide NORAD With Missile Warning Capability Enhancement - top government contractors - best government contracting event

Leidos has won a $51.4 million cost-plus-incentive-fee contract from the U.S. Air Force to provide support for the North American Aerospace Defense Command Cheyenne Mountain Complex-Integrated Tactical Warning and Attack Assessment system.

The Department of Defense said Monday that, under the contract, Leidos will work to enhance the missile warning capabilities of the Combatant Commanders Integrated Command and Control Systems as well as develop a capability enabling the processing, display and evaluation of high fidelity data from non-traditional data sources. That capability will be integrated into the CCIC2S enterprise.

Work under the contract will be carried out in Colorado Springs, Colorado, with an expected completion date of July 1, 2029.

The contracting activity is the Space Systems Command.
