Jason Crager, a nearly three-decade Lockheed Martin veteran, was appointed vice president of quality and mission success at the defense contractor’s missiles and fire control business.
Crager made the announcement via LinkedIn, through which he also expressed thanks to Brian Kubik, who held the said role before assuming a new VP post at Lockheed Martin MFC, for establishing a strong team foundation.
“The Quality team plays a critical role to ensure our customers stay Ahead of Ready and it is an honor to work alongside them,” Crager said of his new team.
The executive joined Lockheed in June 1996 and he was director of production operations before succeeding Kubik.
Kubik, on the other hand, has been with Lockheed for over a decade. He was recently named VP of the PAC-3 missile programs at the company following Brenda Davidson‘s retirement.
“Brian brings a wealth of knowledge to the program and I’m excited to watch PAC-3’s continued success,” Davidson wrote in her LinkedIn post. “I’m confident Brian will help the PAC-3 team deliver on its commitments and continue to meet the threats of today and tomorrow.”
