Invictus International Consulting has signed an agreement with property management firm Flywheel Capital to lease office space at the Peak Technology Campus in Colorado Springs, Colorado, to expand its presence in the local technology and defense sectors.
The lease agreement is for 19,509 square feet of office space at the campus’ inaugural building, which was completed in May 2022, Invictus said Friday.
The company expects to commence operations at the new office in October to support client activities in the area.
Nick Andersen, chief operating officer at Invictus, said the lease agreement follows the company’s announcement to expand in the Colorado Springs area for its talent pool and proximity to several key clients and partners.
In March, Invictus unveiled a strategic expansion plan to increase its presence in Colorado Springs, Colorado, including the hiring of 65 to 130 new employees over the next five to 10 years in job areas such as cybersecurity, technology and intelligence.
Powers Brown Architecture will oversee the design and construction of the new office space, Maxson Engineering will design mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems and Merchants & Co will provide interior furniture.
