General Dynamics Information Technology established secure connectivity during an April demonstration of a cloud-based digital network it developed for Space Systems Command as part of Project Enigma.
The National Security Technology Accelerator said Friday GDIT showcased its digital engineering, software factory and zero trust capabilities in an Impact Level 6 cloud environment during a demonstration before 200 government stakeholders at the Los Angeles Air Force Base.
“We are proud to continue our partnership with Space Systems Command to design and deploy an advanced secure technical solution with an exceptional user experience that connects stakeholders across the enterprise to enhance joint lethality,” said Travis Dawson, senior director of Project Enigma at GDIT.
The cloud-based digital platform is designed to facilitate collaboration and information sharing between the government and industry partners.
In early 2023, GDIT secured an $18 million contract from the Space Enterprise Consortium, which is managed by NSTXL, to work on the Enigma prototype project.
