General Dynamics‘ information technology business has secured a potential five-year, $45.5 million contract from the Washington Headquarters Services to provide case analysis and investigative support services.
The scope of the contract calls for handling WHS military commission cases across all phases of pre-trial investigations, trials and court activities, the Department of Defense said Friday.
Under the terms of the firm-fixed price, firm-fixed-price-level-of-effort and time-and-materials hybrid contract, GDIT will perform the services in Arlington and McLean in Virginia until May 10, 2029.
At the time of the award, approximately $2 million from fiscal 2024 operations and maintenance funds are being obligated.
