V2X will provide the Naval Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station Pacific with operation and maintenance support under a potential $88 million contract from the U.S. Navy.
The company received an initial $15.4 million award to operate and maintain Navy communication, electronic and computer systems over a 12-month base period, the Department of Defense said Monday.
Services will be provided in Oahu, Hawaii, and Geraldton, Australia until October 2029 if the four 12-month options and a six-month extension option are all exercised.
The Navy will use its fiscal 2024 operations and maintenance funds to obligate the full amount of the base contract at the time of award, and individual task orders will be covered by appropriate fiscal year funding at the time of their issuance.
V2X was selected among three bidders via a full and open solicitation, with Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center serving as the contracting activity.
