Bill Rubin, a nearly two-decade Northrop Grumman veteran, was named vice president of global supply chain at Booz Allen Hamilton, according to his LinkedIn post.
The executive was with Northrop for more than 19 years, joining the defense contractor in 2005 and assuming roles of increasing responsibility throughout his career.
Rubin most recently served as senior director of global supply chain at Northrop. At the company, he also held director roles focused on digital transformation and supplier quality and performance management as well as managerial positions centered on procurement, strategic technologies and supply chain.
Earlier in his career, Rubin was with Unilever working as a customer service analyst.
