Kevin McGuire, an information technology professional, has assumed the role of chief operating officer at SysNet Technologies.
He announced the move in a LinkedIn post published Tuesday.
McGuire joined SysNet in 2017 as vice president of operations, bringing to the position his years of experience in strategic planning, requirements analysis and business process improvement.
He also served in the U.S. Navy as a chief information officer, according to his LinkedIn profile.
Founded in 1999, SysNet is an Oakton, Virginia-based company focused on providing cybersecurity operations, security assessment and continuous monitoring, enterprise security, strategic planning and management, information assurance and other information system security services for federal government customers.
