Caroline LeCount, a human resources executive with over two decades of professional experience, has taken on the role of vice president of HR at Science Applications International Corp., a provider of engineering, IT and mission solutions for the defense, space, civilian and intelligence markets.
LeCount announced this latest step in her career on her LinkedIn profile.
The SAIC VP brings to her new role expertise in a variety of fields, including talent acquisition, performance management, process improvement, employee relations and engagement and change management.
LeCount had been part of SAIC before. From 1998 to 2000, she served at the company as an HR manager and generalist.
Her subsequent career path in the field of HR would see her take on leadership roles at various other organizations, including aerospace and defense company Vectrus — now V2X — and, most recently, space technology developer Maxar, where she also held VP positions.
