Carahsoft to Market SAS Technologies to Public Sector; Craig Abod Quoted

Carahsoft Technology will serve as a public sector distributor for SAS, offering the North Carolina-based company’s suite of analytics, artificial intelligence and data management products.

Under the collaboration, Carahsoft said Tuesday it will offer SAS Viya, SAS’ cloud-based, responsible data and AI platforms to government agencies.

“This partnership will bring agencies the advanced AI and analytics tools needed to increase public sector productivity, make data-driven decisions and foster innovation and success for all levels of government,” commented Craig Abod, president of Carahsoft and a 10-time Wash100 awardee.

Agencies can obtain the SAS products via Carahsoft’s reseller partners and own GSA Schedule, as well as through NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement V, Information Technology Enterprise Solutions – Software 2, The Quilt and OMNIA contracts.
