Brent Starr, a senior executive with over two decades of experience within the Department of Defense and industry, has been promoted to chief growth officer at TDI Technologies, a Pennsylvania-based research and development and engineering services contractor.
He disclosed his promotion in a LinkedIn post published Saturday.
Starr brings to the role his experience and expertise in strategic planning, business development, program management, systems engineering and systems acquisition.
Prior to his current position, he was director of West Coast operations at TDI.
The chief growth officer spent more than three years as deputy program manager for PEO C4I PMW 770 at Naval Information Warfare Systems Command.
Starr’s DOD career included time serving as principal acquisition program manager for nuclear command, control and communications and principal integration program manager for undersea and submarine communications.
