Small Business Firm PAI Wins $74M Navy Contract for Worldwide Logistics Services

Professional Analysis Inc., an Alexandria, Virginia-based federal services contractor, has won a $74.4 million contract from the U.S. Navy to deliver worldwide logistics services covering eight functional areas.

The Military Sealift Command conducted an online procurement process for the award and received two bids, the Department of Defense said Friday.

Under the firm-fixed-price contract, PAI will provide support for lifecycle logistics, special materials type desks, material and ordnance handling equipment, ships acquisition, consolidated maintenance and logistics systems, the combat logistics force, ordnance management as well as the supply chain.

The contract includes an initial transition period of 1 month and 14 days, followed by a 10-month base period and the possibility of four additional option years.

PAI will render its services on a global basis until a potential completion date of Oct. 19, 2028.
