IBM has created a toolkit designed to help businesses deploy and monitor trustworthy generative artificial intelligence technologies.
The tech giant revealed Tuesday that it will launch the watsonx.governance software early next month to aid organizations in complying with future safety and transparency AI regulations within and outside the U.S.
The platform was developed for early risk detection and mitigation in machine learning, large language models and other generative AI products. It offers tools to automate, govern and track the performance of AI models from IBM as well as other providers and open source communities.
Kareem Yusuf, senior vice president of product management and growth at IBM Software, commented that the ability of watsonx.governance “to translate regulations into enforceable policies will only become more essential for enterprises as new AI regulation takes hold worldwide.”
