Changeis has received a contract award from the Department of Homeland Security for enhancing and streamlining the workload analysis and resource models of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
The modernization of USCIS’ Staffing Allocation Models and Model for Operational Planning is aimed at accelerating case processing times, cutting immigration system backlogs and increasing service accessibility, the management consulting and technology services firm said Monday.
Work includes development, refining, modernization and automation of the models and their performance data and workload forecasts.
Changeis will utilize its almost 15 years of experience in supporting the public sector’s information technology modernization and advanced analytics efforts.
