Michael Tarulli officially joined Evercore as a senior managing director, bringing to the global independent investment banking advisory firm years-long experience as a senior investment banker.
Evercore said Tuesday Tarulli, a 2023 Wash100 Award recipient, most recently led the aerospace, defense and government services investment banking practice at Goldman Sachs, where he served for 15 years. At the firm’s global industrials group, the chartered financial analyst provided customers with advice about their market transactions.
Tarulli, in his new role within the industrials investment banking practice at Evercore, will also focus on the same markets and will be based in New York. His move to Evercore was previously reported in June.
Commenting on his joining the Evercore team, Tarulli said, “[The firm] has a long and impressive track record in the aerospace, defense and government services sectors, and I look forward to working with the team to further expand the franchise.”
He was included in the 2023 Wash100 lineup for his leadership in government services investment banking.
