DMI has received a $26 million contract to help the U.S. Army’s program executive office for enterprise information services update human resources systems within the military branch.
Under the contract, the Maryland-based company said Tuesday it will provide sustainment system integration services to PEO EIS AHRS and the Army Training Information System for the transfer of key personnel, equipment and training range data.
Specific work includes the technical integration and development of installation support modules as well as the operation and management of the deployed theater accountability system and tactical personnel system for AHRS.
Moreover, DMI will help manage a range management support system under ATIS.
Kristian Kindoll, vice president of DMI’s defense business, said the company will help AHRS converge legacy systems and incorporate new features into enterprise applications.
More than a million Army users rely on the AHRS and ATIS systems, which also provide supplemental support to the U.S. Air Force, Navy and Marine Corps.
“We’re excited to expand our services to the Army through this program. We’re thrilled they recognize the value of our commercial expertise for this critical mission,” said Amy Rall, president of DMI’s federal group.
