9 Small Businesses Win Spots on $99M Contract to Support USMC Capabilities Development Directorate - top government contractors - best government contracting event

Nine small businesses have won positions on a five-year, $99.2 million contract to support a U.S. Marine Corps directorate responsible for developing and integrating warfighting systems.

The multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract encompasses technical, analytical and engineering services to USMC’s Capabilities Development Directorate over an ordering period of five years, the Department of Defense said Thursday.

Marine Corps Installations Command sought proposals for the Technical and Operational Support Services contract, or TOSS, through a small business set-aside competition.

The performance period is initially scheduled to conclude on Sept. 6, 2028, and may extend through Sept. 6, 2033, if the service branch exercises a fifth ordering period.
