Former GSA Official Steve Sizemore Named Avion Business Development Director

Former GSA Official Steve Sizemore Named Avion Business Development Director thumbnail

Steve Sizemore, former deputy director of the General Services Administration’s Multiple Award Schedule Program Management Office, has joined engineering and logistics company Avion Solutions as director of business development.

He will work with corporate leadership across Avion’s business divisions to develop and implement strategic growth initiatives and manage partnerships with key clients, the Huntsville, Alabama-headquartered company said Thursday.

Sizemore has over three decades of government experience in policy development and implementation, acquisition and contracting, program management, client support and customer service.

His GSA career includes roles such as director of customer service and direct client support at the Federal Acquisition Service and senior program analyst for procurement at the Office of Policy and Compliance.

Sizemore also served 15 years in the U.S. Army as a logistician.
