Carahsoft Technology has agreed to market an enterprise-wide advanced container runtime software developed by Sylabs to public sector customers.
Sylabs’ Singularity suite and other products are made available through Carahsoft’s reseller channels and government contract vehicles, according to a joint statement from the companies.
The Singularity open-source container technology provides additional security in deploying performance-intensive software for supply chain operations.
The agreement allows Carahsoft to sell SingularityPRO and Singularity Enterprise to public sector customers through the NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement V, Information Technology Enterprise Solutions – Software 2, National Cooperative Purchasing Alliance and OMNIA Partners contract vehicles.
