CACI International has booked a potential $2.7 billion National Security Agency award for network and exploitation analysis.
Activities under the single-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract will support NSA foreign intelligence and cybersecurity missions, CACI announced from its Reston, Virginia headquarters on Thursday.
“We are honored to assist the NSA as it confronts existing and future threats against national security,” said John Mengucci, president and CEO of CACI and a four-time Wash100 Award winner.
Mengucci noted the company’s over two decades of collaboration with the agency.
“Our extensive expertise and critical support have contributed to some of the nation’s most important global foreign intelligence and cybersecurity missions,” he said.
CACI’s network and exploitation analysis work under the contract is intended to secure and protect crucial networks while increasing the speed at which the United States is able to address the challenges of today’s evolving global security environment.
The organization has recently received multiple major contracts. Last month, CACI was issued a $209 million award to assist the U.S. Navy Fleet Forces Command’s Naval Forces Logistics initiative by providing software and additional technology platforms.
In June, the enterprise won a $125.5 million contract from the Naval Air Systems Command for crisis response electronic communications systems maintenance.
Earlier this year, CACI secured a five-year, $2.25 billion IDIQ to help the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency conduct background investigations.
The company also recently began working under a $5.7 billion Department of the Air Force contract to support its Enterprise Information Technology as a Service Wave 1 program by delivering enterprise technology to more that 800,000 Air Force and Space Force personnel.
