Christen Smith Rejoins LMI as President of Service Lines & Solutions Organization

Christen Smith, an industry executive with over 15 years of experience in public policy, has returned to LMI to serve as president of its service lines and solutions organization, according to the consultancy.

As part of the leadership team of the Tysons, Virginia-based business consulting and services provider, Smith is responsible for driving the development of practices and professionals in digital and analytic offerings, logistics, management consulting and mission advisory and leading the delivery of services to government customers.

Smith was with Abt Associates before rejoining LMI. She served as the senior vice president for the U.S. domestic business of the Rockville, Maryland-based consulting and research firm.

Earlier at LMI, Smith had a decade-long experience in serving a number of roles including vice president of its federal health and civilian market. She was also the VP of management advisory services for over two years.

“With a distinguished decade-long history at LMI, Christen has been a transformative figure, from laying the foundation of our strategy and transformation capability to leading steadfastly during the COVID-19 crisis,” according to an LMI publication released Wednesday.
