Robert Miller, former president at EverWatch, has joined Future Technologies Inc. to succeed Ram Gupta as CEO of the Fairfax, Virginia-based technology company.
Gupta, founder of FTI and now its executive chairman of the board, said in a statement published Tuesday Miller has “tremendous” federal technology knowledge as well as growth and leadership background.
“He is undoubtedly the right executive to build on FTI’s strong foundation and drive the company’s next chapter of growth,” the former and long-time FTI CEO added.
Miller has over 15 years of experience in government contracting leadership. At EverWatch, he helped boost its defense and intelligence capabilities. The executive was also with Ian, Evan & Alexander Corp., leading the company as president.
Commenting on his appointment, Miller said, “FTI has earned a reputation of excellence for delivering mission-critical services that strengthen the national security posture for its defense and intelligence customers… I look forward to leading FTI as we continue to grow our capabilities and deliver excellent service to our customers.”
