Concurrent Technologies Corp. will continue to help the U.S. Marine Corps Installations Command manage facility infrastructure and networked systems data under the second option year of a previously awarded contract.
MCICOM extended the company’s support to the Marine Corps Facility Related Controls Systems program covering more than 350 networked installation assets, CTC said Friday.
CTC performs contract work in partnership with Arlington, Virginia-based small business Risk Mitigation Consulting.
The team aims to help the service branch conserve energy, extend the lifespan of its assets and adopt cybersecurity practices through the program.
“Addressing potential threats to our national security from cyber-attacks and other disruptions continues to be a high priority,” said Ed Sheehan, president and CEO of CTC.
He added that the company supports USMC workforce training in protecting facilities and other assets.
