DMI was included in the Top Workplaces of 2023 list by news publication Indianapolis Star, which based the ranking on an employee feedback survey conducted by Energage.
The information technology services firm said Monday the Energage-led study looked into alignment, execution, connection and 12 other culture drivers to measure organizations.
“Our belief is that if we can give employees the opportunity to grow individually, those unique achievements play a big part in DMI’s growth as a company,” DMI CEO Rocky Thurston commented. “Over the last year, we’ve had a 35 percent increase in certifications across our employee base – that reflects not only on our commitment to learning and development, but also our continued delivery of innovation and value to our clients.”
DMI has more than 2,100 employees around the world, some of whom work remotely.
