QCI Subsidiary Joins NSF-Sponsored Quantum Research Initiative - top government contractors - best government contracting event

Quantum Computing Inc.’s federal unit has become a member of the National Science Foundation’s Center for Quantum Technologies, an alliance of engineers and scientists developing quantum devices, systems and algorithms to help address industry and defense challenges.

Joining as a non-traditional defense company, QI Solutions will guide the CQT group using its knowledge in quantum photonic communications, cryptography, computing and sensing tech, QCI said Thursday.

QIS, along with industry members such as the Air Force Research Laboratory, Amazon Web Services, Eli Lilly, Cummins, Toyota, Northrop Grumman and IBM Quantum, will work with four universities under the research effort.

The four universities are Purdue University, Indiana University, the University of Notre Dame and Indiana University Purdue University – Indianapolis.
