Heather Dallara, a government contracting executive with nearly 20 years of defense and intelligence industry experience, has been appointed president for program year 2025 of the National Contract Management Association.
She has been a member of the NCMA board of directors since 2017 and aims to help advance the contract management market and support defense and national security missions, the association said Monday.
Dallara is currently senior vice president of business operations at national security contractor Integral Federal, where she oversees strategic merger and acquisition initiatives, growth strategies and business transformation efforts.
She previously served as VP of corporate contracts at Amentum and General Dynamics‘ information technology business unit.
Dallara also held contract management and administration roles at the former L3 Technologies and Harris companies.
“Her extensive experience in the contracting community and dedication to advancing the profession make her an ideal leader for our association,” said Kraig Conrad, CEO of NCMA.
