Bethesda, Maryland-based technology company Castellum has closed the acquisition of Global Technologies Management Resources, an engineering services provider to the government.
Castellum said Thursday the tax-free deal is accretive on the company’s revenue per share, recurring cash operating profit per share and net income per share basis.
GTMR’s corporate office is located close to Naval Air Station Patuxent River. An audit of GTMR’s fiscal 2022 report is underway and is slated to conclude within a 60-day period.
“In addition to adding significant new capability to Castellum, strengthening our presence at Pax River, and being immediately accretive for our shareholders, we also have a new, important prime contract vehicle through which we plan to accelerate our organic growth,” said Mark Fuller, president and CEO Castellum.
