OmniSync Receives Energy Department's Phase III Award for Innovation Matching Tech - top government contractors - best government contracting event

OmniSync, a California-based software developer, has secured a five-year, phase three contract under a Department of Energy small business initiative to advance an artificial intelligence-based platform meant to enhance program outcomes.

The startup said Wednesday it will work with DOE to build the Small Business Innovation Research Partnering Platform to augment turnouts for the SBIR/Small Business Technology Transfer Programs.

“Our goal with the platform is to orchestrate more opportunities for such fruitful interactions to occur predictably to increase the chances of commercialization success,” remarked Rupak Doshi, CEO of OmniSync.

The recent award followed the Phase I and II SBIR contracts that OmniSync secured through the Department of Air Force’s AFWERX program, an effort that enables collaboration between technology developers and Air Force personnel to accelerate innovation.

OmniSync previously developed platforms that commercial deep tech and life science startups use to gain product development funding access from federal assistance programs.
