JLL and Chugach Intelligence Solutions have established a joint venture to help federal customers address challenges in facilities support, logistics and construction services.
The new entity, JLL-CISL, will combine the engineering and construction management capabilities of Chugach Intelligence with JLL’s expertise in advisory, project management and technology-driven facility services, JLL said Wednesday.
Collaborating under a new mentor-protege agreement, both companies seek to bid on facility management opportunities in support of civilian and defense federal agencies.
Barry Scribner, JLL’s president of department of defense and federal services, said the joint venture leverages the complementary service offerings of each company and will benefit the Defense Department and other federal agencies in terms of service delivery and meeting social goals.
