Okta has recognized its strategic business partner Carahsoft Technology for helping the identity and access management company expand its presence in the U.S. government sector.
Carahsoft said Tuesday it received the Americas (AMER) Distributor of the Year during the 2022 Okta Partner Awards in recognition of its efforts to offer zero trust, fraud mitigation and cloud-based identity modernization tools and services to federal, state and local government customers.
“Our team commits each year to grow and improve because we recognize that our collective efforts enable the Public Sector to achieve its mission and meet the current security needs,” said Steve Jacyna, director of the Okta team at Carahsoft.
Okta’s identity-as-a-service, authorized to handle military data at Impact Level 4, is available to Department of Defense agencies through Carahsoft’s GSA Schedule and DOD Enterprise Software Initiative contract vehicles.
