The State Department has tapped Tyler Technologies to continue utilizing its case management development platform to support the Diplomatic Security Service under a five-year, $54 million agreement.
The software and technology services provider company said Tuesday the agency will use the low-code application development platform– the only one designed for public sector case management purposes– to update its capabilities within a high-security infrastructure.
Tyler Technologies has been supporting the department in its security and law enforcement efforts since 2017 by offering its case management tool.
“We are pleased to continue our successful relationship with the U.S. Department of State, demonstrating Tyler as a major technology provider for the federal government,” said Brian Combs, president of Tyler Technologies’ federal division.
