Valiant Integrated Services has secured a five-year, $77 million task order to help the U.S. Navy maintain and operate maritime training devices located at naval air stations in Florida and Washington.
The company said Monday it will ensure the operational readiness and availability of simulator and training equipment used at NAS Jacksonville and NAS Whidbey Island, perform maintenance and supply services and provide management support.
Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division Force awarded the Maritime Contractor Operation and Maintenance Services task order under the Field Training Systems Support IV multiple-award contract.
“We look forward to delivering results that enable the Navy to focus solely on their mission while using leading-edge processes, technology, and systems that are always ready and in place for success,” said Dan Corbett, CEO of Valiant.
In 2016, the Army awarded nine companies spots on the potential eight-year, $1.75 billion FTSS IV contract, which covers the procurement of contractor operator maintenance and contractor instructional services in support of naval training systems.
