Keeper Security has completed evaluation and approval processes under the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program for a cloud-based software product meant to help agencies manage and secure passwords.
The company said Thursday it received FedRAMP Moderate Impact Level status for Keeper Security Government Cloud, an offering hosted in Amazon Web Services‘ GovCloud (US) region.
With its FedRAMP accreditation, Keeper Security can work with Carahsoft Technology‘s partner resellers to bring the KSGC platform to the government sector.
Darren Guccione, co-founder and CEO of Keeper Security, said the company aims to help federal customers secure digital assets from password-related cybersecurity threats.
By leveraging password managers, a constant health check can be maintained for password diversification and security,” said Jean-Paul Bergeaux, federal chief technology officer of GuidePoint Security.
