ICF has entered into several cooperative agreements with the Department of Housing and Urban Development to help state and local organizations implement community development programs and housing initiatives.

Under the three-year agreements, ICF will provide capacity building, data analysis, technical assistance and training services in support of HUD’s Community Compass and National Homeless Data Analysis Project programs, the consulting company said Monday.

ICF will also support Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery grantees in implementing their disaster recovery and mitigation programs.

The Fairfax, Virginia-based-headquartered company will also continue to manage the HUD Exchange, which offers resources and assistance to HUD community partners.

“For over three decades, ICF has provided HUD community partners with the assistance they need to support critical programs and initiatives that have real impact—in curbing homelessness; providing safe, affordable housing; building community resilience to disasters; and more,” said Mark Lee, executive vice president and public sector lead at ICF.
