Anduril Industries has partnered with the Nevada National Security Site to use the land and airspace within the range to conduct the majority of its technology research, development and testing operations.

The partnership will enable Anduril to test large unmanned aircraft, electronic warfare platforms, explosive and restricted payloads and other classified technology programs, the company said Wednesday.

The technology manufacturer will also invest resources and manpower to help NNSS enhance its test site infrastructure and capabilities and support national security partners.

Anduril’s testing operations at NNSS complement the company’s existing activities at the Capistrano Test Site and the Apple Valley Test Site.

The range is also located near Anduril’s Orange County headquarters and manufacturing facilities.

“Our partnership with NNSS will allow us to work and deliver on even bigger and more complex systems without sacrificing development time,” said Matt Grimm, chief operating officer at Anduril.
