Swish Data will help the U.S. Coast Guard implement security information and event management tools under a contract from the Department of Homeland Security.
The company said Wednesday it partnered with a cybersecurity technology vendor to deliver a platform for USCG’s security operations center to detect, manage and address potential threats to more than 65,000 endpoint devices.
DHS awarded the contract through the Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation Program.
Sean Applegate, chief technology officer of Swish Data, said the company and its technology partner will support the military branch in efforts to defend its enterprise security systems against advanced persistent threats.
