The Defense Threat Reduction Agency is soliciting input on developing a consolidated platform that is meant to employ a DevSecOps approach to creating artificial intelligence, machine learning and data science technologies.
In a call for information notice posted Friday, DTRA said its Digital Battlespace Management Division intends to build a platform for government program information sharing as well as software and AI/ML DevSecOps to support its mission of helping warfighters counter chemical and biological threats.
Data storage and analysis; model development and training; development tools, code repository, containerization and hardening capabilities for software; and deployment technologies are some of the functions the platform is envisioned to facilitate.
RD-CBI already has capabilities for data storage and biological threat pathogen characterization but seeks to consolidate the two to enable sharing of software code, resources and tools.
DTRA noted the solicitation is only for market intelligence purposes.
