Tina Dolph, formerly president and CEO of Siemens’ government-focused U.S. arm, has been appointed as chief global officer of independent nonprofit organization CRDF Global.
She will use her decades-long experience in the federal government contracting industry to help CRDF expand global footprint and increase science and technology-driven work with U.S. and allied countries, the nonprofit said Monday.
Dolph, a four-time Wash100 Award recipient, will also be responsible for advancing the use of rapidly emerging and disruptive technologies to support customers and sustain the growth momentum of CRDF.
“Her technical expertise in critical infrastructure and digital transformation is an important element of our strategic plan and organizational vision,” said Michael Dignam, CEO of CRDF Global.
Dolph spent nearly four years at Siemens Government Technologies, where she provided leadership in smart infrastructure, energy management and other government efforts to secure and modernize critical infrastructure.
Prior to joining SGT, the executive worked at CRDF as chief strategy officer. Her career also includes time at ASRC Federal, Amentum‘s PAE business, Lockheed Martin and other government contractors.
Dolph welcomed the opportunity to join CRDF and support its global security mission. “Their efforts to improve the security and safety for our nation and its allies around the globe are essential, and I’m eager to contribute in any way I can,” she said.
