Acalvio Technologies‘ artificial intelligence-powered cybersecurity platform has been included in the Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation Approved Products list of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency.
The company said Wednesday the addition of ShadowPlex adversarial engagement platform to the APL underscores its compliance with cybersecurity standards and requirements.
ShadowPlex, which also has a ‘Ready’ status under the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program, is designed to detect and disrupt cyber attacks on government organizations’ on-site systems and cloud infrastructure using autonomous and customized deception methods across subnets and endpoints without requiring agents on production systems.
The platform also provides forensic analysis of previous attacks to gather insight on adversary tactics, techniques and procedures.
“The addition of ShadowPlex to CDM APL makes it easier for federal agencies to procure and deploy modern deception technology to combat sophisticated adversaries,” said Ram Varadarajan, co-founder and CEO of Acalvio.
