Coupa Software‘s cloud-based budget management platform is now available for use by government agencies following certification under the Federal Risk Authorization Management Program.
The company said Monday it received FedRAMP approval at the moderate level for its Business Spend Management platform with the sponsorship of the U.S. Federal Reserve System Board of Governors.
“To reach this milestone, we met more than 300 exacting security and compliance benchmarks,” said Jon Stueve, chief legal officer at Coupa.
The company’s offering supports budgeting and procurement operations at more than 2,500 organizations across the globe.
Carahsoft Technology distributes the Coupa platform to the public sector through NASA, U.S. Army and OMNIA Partners contracting vehicles as part of a partnership agreement between the two companies.
