Stratascor has secured a potential $49 million contract to provide cybersecurity, information technology and other services that support the U.S. Navy’s information warfare training activities.

The contract holds a $40.3 million base value over a five-year period and an option to extend services for another six months, the Department of Defense said Friday.

Seventy percent of work under the contract will take place in Norfolk, Virginia, and the remaining percentage in Virginia Beach, through March 2027. The option would unlock the contract’s maximum potential amount and extend work through September 2027.

The contractor will receive a minimum obligation of $100,000 taken from fiscal 2022 operations and maintenance funds.

Naval Supply Systems Command’s Fleet Logistics Center held a competitive small business set aside for the contract and gathered four proposals.
