T-Rex Solutions has achieved an ISO/IEC 20000 certification that verifies compliance of the company’s service management system with the International Organization for Standardization’s maturity requirements.
The company said Monday it received the ISO international standard for information technology service management in recognition of its systems and processes designed to help federal agencies pursue cloud adoption and optimize infrastructure.
T-Rex’s receipt of the ISO/IEC 20000 certification also reflects the offering of information technology services in compliance with globally recognized standards, according to the company.
The achievement follows T-Rex’s other certifications including ISO 27001, ISO 9001 and the Capability Maturity Model Integration 2.0 Level 3 for services and development.
