Military Times has presented Concurrent Technologies Corp. with a 2021 Best for Vets Employer award in recognition of the company’s efforts focused on the employment and retention of former servicemen.
CTC said Monday the award marks the 10th time the company has been selected to join the list of companies that demonstrated commitment to providing veterans with employment opportunities.
Military Times evaluated candidate companies based on veteran- and military-focused recruiting practices, retention programs and efforts to assist employees also serving in the National Guard or reserve forces.
“We honor all those in uniform for their sacrifice and service, and we are grateful to our employees with military training and expertise who offer unique leadership and technical skills,” said Ed Sheehan, president and CEO of CTC.
Additionally, U.S. Veterans Magazine has named CTC a 2021 Best of the Best Top Veteran-Friendly Company. CTC is also the recipient of multiple awards from the Department of Defense’s Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve, an organization that works to foster cooperation between civilian employers and military servicemen.
