Twelve companies have each received a five-year contract with a maximum value of $39.4 million for construction work at Virginia-based NASA sites and potentially other locations.
Work under the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract will primarily take place at Langley Research Center and Wallops Flight Facility, with the potential of being conducted at other sites, NASA said Friday.
The awardees will provide materials, equipment, labor, management, quality control and coordination services needed to build, renovate and repair facilities.
The services and deliveries cover various types of facilities including buildings, laboratories, technical research facilities, storage, spacecraft testing areas, aircraft hangars and clean rooms.
The 12 contractors are:

- Quality Contracting
- R.H. Contracting
- SES Energy Services
- Succor-Ocean JV
