Parsons has secured a spot on a five-year, $49 million multiple-award contract to help the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers investigate and address contamination at military facilities.
The company said Monday it will offer geophysical classification services, expertise and tools to assist USACE Sacramento District in remediating Military Munitions Response Program and Hazardous, Toxic and Radioactive Waste sites.
Work under the award will support the remediation of facilities in Arizona, California, Utah and New Mexico.
“Our teams have supported USACE’s environmental efforts for nearly 30 years and look forward to serving the Sacramento District in this quest,” said Jon Moretta, president for engineered systems at Parsons.
The company offers remediation support under a growing portfolio of environmental, social and governance services.
