Rich Sawchak, former chief financial officer at Novetta, has assumed the same position at Hypori, where he will be responsible for overseeing operations across finance, business, human resources, facilities management, recruiting and legal affairs for the Austin, Texas-based Software-as-a-Service provider.
Hypori said Friday Sawchak brings to the company his extensive experience in areas of financial management, corporate financing and executing acquisitions across private and public company environments.

Previously, Sawchak served for over nine years as CFO at Novetta, where he was integrally involved in the company’s sale to Accenture Federal Services earlier this year.
Prior to his tenure at Novetta, Sawchak held the roles of executive vice president and CFO at Schafer Corporation as well as senior VP and CFO at Paradigm Solutions. During his time with Paradigm, Sawchak drove revenue and earnings growth efforts leading up to the company’s sale to CACI.
