The Baltimore, Maryland-based language analysis company said Monday the VT Docs 4.0 featuring New Discovery is designed to help proposal teams ensure compliance with government contracting requirements.
The document analysis software works to enable users to create a dictionary of key terms that can be used to check for misalignment or risky elements on proposals.
With New Discovery’s data visualization capability, complex file review processes can be automated to help proposal, contract and quality teams catch potential compliance errors and reduce work hours.
According to the company, the new capability follows 15 development sprints during a 30-week period in addition to years of building on VT Docs iterations.
